More Princess Mononoke progress, as all I’m doing at the moment is working and finishing costumes.

1) Primed my mask after carving into the plastic and clay with a knife to make it appear entirely made of wood. I’m going right to the final coat of paint next, as the wood is till porous and I don’t want to oversaturate and lose the beautiful rings!

2) San’s crystal dagger is made out of a clear knapped glass arrowhead with blue nail polish on the back! Easy trick that worked quite nicely.

3) San’s dagger. I formed it out of wonderflex, intentionally making the edges serrated and rough. I’ll paint it with a satin off-white soon to mimic bone.
